(secured online affiliation rentals) is a unique, patent pending store-to-store rental feature embedded within WebSelfStorage, that allows over 15,000 eMove Storage Affiliates and U-Haul dealers to rent rooms at each other's locations and earn commissions for the rentals. It's like having thousands of sales agents incentivized to sell your rooms.
S.O.A.R. is included FREE for Premier Level Affiliates who are powered by WebSelfStorage software. S.O.A.R. is renting 30 rooms EVERYDAY!
How do affiliates benefit from S.O.A.R.?
It’s simple. S.O.A.R. pays a commission for every rental transacted through the eMove network. When you create a SOAR, you get a 15% commission on first month’s rental.
When you receive a S.O.A.R. the location that receives the customer will be charged only 20% of the first month’s rental rate for the rental commission (15% of which is paid to the sender and 5% goes to eMove).
How does S.O.A.R. work?
1. A customer rents a moving truck or is moving out of a storage facility
2. The self storage employee:
- Asks if the customer needs storage at their origin or destination
- Pulls up the closest facility to the customer's needs
- Rents a room at that facility and collects the first month's rent on a credit card
3. The new self storage facility:
- Receives electronic notification in WebSelfStorage of the new rental
- The rental dollars collected by the last facility are instantly deposited into the new facility's bank account
- Customer moves-in when they get to their destination
