Very pleasant experience checking in. The units are built into a hillside and dehumidified, so they should stay temperate.

It would help a lot if there were a ceiling light in each storage room. Otherwise, I`m very pleased with my rental transaction.

There is no interior lighting in the storage unit itself. The online pricing and those quoted by staff were not the same. Overall, I found the staff to be abrupt and not helpful.

I have not utilized the storage facility yet, I will be storing items there tonight. The follow-up call was great and the personnel @ Acton Personal Storage were very professional.
