JD was very thorough in explaining the rules and regulations of the facility. He left no page unturned, so that there were no unwanted surprises. I rented two storage rooms, and both were clean.

everyone was very helpful. I would look at changing corp policy to have to totally redo all paperwork when renting a second, third etc unit. that was a real pain. not good customer service.

I didnt like that you need to pay for a month starting on the 1st of every month. I only needed the storage from 12/15 to 01/10. Light doesnt work. Thanks
