Excellent service. Need the ability to track the U-Box as it travels across the U.S. to its destination. Tammy in AL and Cindy in CA were outstanding.

Getting a hold of ANYONE was almost impossible. I got a bad attitude from Cindy who was rude unhelpful. Box was not delivered on time had no furniture pads, causing more delays. Very unhappy.

My primary concern was around the window limitation of scheduling a drop-off and pick-up. I just felt that the window limitation was non-negotiable and made it very difficult.
