Staff was pleasant, but seemed unorganized bothered with me facilities were satisfactory but I felt like the staff did not care about people who were storing their life there, just rude.

It should be clearer that when you sign up you`ll be required to buy a special lock and you home owners insurance policy information with you to avoid being charged an additional monthly fee.
