Great place. Professional, helpful individuals. Much better staff in person then one would have thought from the incompetence of the 4 people I dealt with in the call center.

cool..lazy workers...truck broke down before and the so called store was not working. get rid of the lazy look, turn on a radio and help people, or at least look like they want to work

Employees very helpful. Facility a little dated, the lock latch in my unit was difficult to line up with the slot in the door track, so had to make sure door was alinged to make sure door was secure.

it was perfect for what we needed also well priced

I was very upset to see mouse droppings in my space. Since this is a outside facility, i feel Uhaul should provide insurance coverage for rodent damage.
