While the facilities were secure and relatively well maintained, the staff in general were aloof and uninformative. I was given incorrect information regarding access to my unit, as well as billing.

YOU MIGHT WANT TO CLARRIFY THAT THE INSURANCE DOEN`T INCLUDE THINGS LIKE LOCKING THE KEYS INSIDE THE VEHICLE.

I moved out on time, payments current and doors left open per procedures. A week later I received an email about rent was past due, as did a family member. Our payments were never late.
