It is set up to be a very easy proccess of renting a storage building. They were super nice and the facility was very clean with cameras everywherewhich was a major plus

cust serv was very good. However, our storage unit provided had a pad lock on it we couldnt access it. We found an open one Mon morning. The cust serv was more than gracious for this mistake.
