My experience would have been better if my information was not released without my consent, and if authorization for shipping by another party was not authorized to make account changes.

took more than 10 days from time they told me they picked it up from point A to B, had my name an number wrong so it took over 48 hrs to contact me, I had to track down where my ubox.

Locked me out since the lock froze and I secured it with a non approved uhaul lock. They kept billing me after I cancelled contract.

Everyone was always very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the Altamonte Springs facility to anyone looking for moving and storage in the area.

The management staff was very accomadating and helpful. The front desk clerks were knowledagable and attentive!

Delivery was promised within 10 days. It took 25 days and nobody had any idea where the box was or when it would arrive. Horrible service. Go elsewhere.
