Box was supposed to be delivered at 10:00am on May 17,2012! Did not arrive until after 1:00pm. When I make a reservation I expect it to be delivered on time!!!!

On sat 6 pm I wanted to rent the u-box at 925 niagara falls blvd, aft many days of painful waiting I got it tuesday. I req discount for delay but I was denied.
