Put jacks on the bigger UHAUL trailers, can`t believe there was not one on mine. Should be illegal not to have one. Had to use the one from my truck.

Wish there was a Maybe option for if I would recommend this facility. No elevator, low ceiling, and no upstair carts almost made me reconsider my decision. Overall, happy with the unit for the price.

There are, what appear to be, rat droppings in my boxes and smeared on my goods. How do I file an insurance claim for reimbursement of the ruined items?
