I was very pleased by the personal customer service I received from Donna Heal at Ancaster Mini Storage. My move was full of glitches, but Donna and Adam helped above and beyond the call of duty!

Rating:
Unit was advertised as 10X5X9, but was 8X3X7. Door is flimsy. Payments every 4 weeks, 13 payments a year. Passcard not working, driveway small for 17’ truck. Was asked to prepay for months.

I had a good experience with Mini Storage, but they had never received the reservation from eMove so I probably wouldn`t use eMove to book online next time.
