I called the day before my move in to upgrade the size of my unit. UHaul was able to process my request but my reservation was bumped to National Self Storage on Jackson Rd

Although my reservation was given away, they upgraded my storage unit for half price. The person I spoke with on the phone through Uhaul gave me incorrect information from the company itself.
