boxes had screws falling out where locks go, a flimsy piece of board was added and then a very long thick screw in to hold which went through one of my boxes Staff here is hilarious and very helpful.

Only sometimes was there slight inconsistency with front desk help regarding policies. Maybe my misunderstanding. Great use of email for notifications and reminders!! Pleasant personalities.

I only used 1 bag of pads the other 5 bags, thus no effort on U-Haul`s part except re-stock, yet no credit given to me when asked. Please reconsider this.
