Rating:
1 hr to get my ubox because the staff was so slow and did not know how to check me out even though I had done everything online. I also noticed that the center trailer/ubox tie down strap was missing.

Have rented trucks and trailers from this facility for years. Friendly staff, but could add some desk help for quicker service. Just rented storage space yesterday, great service. Thanks

Gary and Christy and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was above and beyond. Very clean storage and ubox. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Uhaul recommended moving company did a horrible job. They left most of my things out and damaged my belongings by forcing them into the box. Your CSR lied to me about delivery time.

Locked out and reset several times. Employee gave me incorrect info for move out asked the manager to contact me about issue and he has yet to do so. Not climate controlled. Not well lit
