Dirt was swept into my storage unit under the door. Odor of urine was present once the weather got warm. Card access panel was almost always blocked when I would arrive to enter my storage unit

The tow hitch installed was a disaster and my car needs repairs as a result. I am very angry and have not heard back from the manager there in spite of sending an email.

My experience with U-Haul was great. I decided to leave the driving to someone else. So glad I ordered a U-Box. Taken from California to Texas. Not one item broken. I would recommend.

1 hr to get my ubox because the staff was so slow and did not know how to check me out even though I had done everything online. I also noticed that the center trailer/ubox tie down strap was missing.

The Uhaul recommended moving company did a horrible job. They left most of my things out and damaged my belongings by forcing them into the box. Your CSR lied to me about delivery time.
