Everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. The person who delivered the box was very prompt and extremely helpful.

It was too expensive and sometimes the staff was rude when we scheduled a review of the contents of our box and the box had to be placed need the exit.

Dawn and Tiffany went above and beyond my expectations! honestly could not have asked for better people to do business with. absolute sweethearts,, I can`t thank them enough.

Worst moving experience ever!! First, the box was delivered almost one week late. Second, the box was BROKEN!! The lock is broken,the door is opened. It is not safe to use U-BOX.

The employees at the Uhaul store are GREAT. With the exception of the last two employees I spoke with at the call center, I received terrible customer service.

It`s obvious, nobody cares about these reviews when you can`t write more than 200 characters. I can always write plenty of bad reviews on other sites if you don`t want to hear me vent.

Doesn`t matter how nice the national phone operator is because it`s obvious you can never reach an actual store location. The staff is overworked.

This was the single most frustrating consumer experience I have had in recent memory. The staff was nice, but exceptionally disorganized. I will NOT be using them again.
