The facility was easy to find and easy to access. However, all of our stuff from a 2 BR apartment wouldn`t fit in the unit even though it said it was big enough for a 2 BR house.

It was not made clear on the website that the location of the storage facility was NOT at 1097 Baxter, but actually a significant distance away.

The check in difficult to find. The storage was 3 miles away from where advertised. Thought first month was free with truck rental, not true. Difficulty finding storage location. Poor security
