They claimed to have no relationship with this website and knew nothing of my reservation! They luckily had what I needed and were able to accommodate me at the last minute.

Before the move I went to see the storage facility. It was very clean and well kept. The girl at the counter was very helpful.

They didn't know about reserving a unit online. I had to go down there and do it all in person. They did not have the size I wanted online, but I got a different size unit.
