The Manager as well as the staff her staff needs a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would never use this location again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

We dropped off our truck and got a storage unit yesterday 5/12 between 3:00- 5:00 pm and the gentlemen that was working at the front desk was really friendly and very helpful!

The latch holding the lock was broken with piece of tape which read Stop It. I looked into my box only to find my televisions missing amongst other things. I think a supervisor knew about theft.

Some logistics problems with storage and transfer of pods, but uhaul staff at both locations were able to work through them.
