The staff was excellent. However, the storage units themselves were not what I was expecting. My unit was not weather tight and had some water intrusion.

Possible issue: I requested a unit that would be appropriate to store couches. If it wasn`t across from the door to the front store, the hall would`ve been too narrow to get the couches into the unit.
