The driver refused to deliver the box saying there was not sufficient access to the parking lot, though trucks of similar or larger size have managed to get in and out of the parking lot.

Called many times to check on the status of my U-Box. All the customer service rep told me what do you mean check the status of your u-box. As of today, they don`t have any idea where my box is at.

After I confirmed order my, UHaul canceled my order w/o contacting me. 8 hours on the phone over 3 days got my order complete, but billing is now wrong and I can`t get anyone to return my calls.

The worse experience I ever had. I scheduled it to Saturday and even hired people to help me move but the ubox never showed up. Not only couldn`t move but lost money and time. Will never recommend!

Staff were informative and helpful to my situation. Empty boxes delivered on time. Driver carefully explain how to wrap and secure when packed. My boxes went to storage across country. Great so far!
