Horrible!It took 2 days to for the U box to become available. In the future Melvin, dont call a customer just to Clear your name. Next time try being apologetic about the mistakes that YOU made.

Clueless staff at store -renting/selling blankets. Staff member was new, no excuse. Delivery of UBox 90 minutes late unavoidable, no phone call with update. No paperwork left with UBox at delivery
