Their employee broke one of my keys and when I couldn`t get into my unit I had to pay a locksmith 50.00 to come pick the lock. No one was willing to help

I will say it could have been cleaner but it wasn`t super dirty nothing a good sweeping wouldn`t take care off. The locks were not aligned because they were bent which made it hard to lock.

The lack of U-haul`s ability to track the shipment of my u-boxes was a strategic nightmare for me. I finally had to request a copy of the Bill of Lading and call the shipper directly.

The staff is awesome and the facilities are well maintained. The only negative is the storage closes too early. You can get 24 hour access for more money though.
