The lady was friendly in ME, but bad at returning calls! Lady in GA: WORST! Wouldn`t unbolt the boxes unless we used her son to unload. Always used you every 2 years for military moves. NEVER again!

When I spoke to the non-local person, they told me about the pickup option. They did NOT mention that you would need a fork lift or would have rent the trailer for the entire thirty days.
