Understaffed. Waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come in to help. No one answered the phone so it kept rolling over to main number which was if little hell.

The manager, Ed, was wonderful. However, I`m not totally satisfied with the UBox program--would be helpful if off-site UHaul representatives could arrange UBox pickup, shipment, and delivery.
