Long wait for service when there were several employees standing around or in the office. Was told the manager was arriving in an hour while others told the next day. Felt lied to.

I see too many problems with the elevator doors when trying to get it to the floor needed. extremely heavy. I would not be able to open w/o a stronger individual.

Very nice and most helpful. Forced to buy a UHaul lock in order to rent space is not the best plan if you already have a quality lock. Seems like nickel and dime practices.

Understaffed. Waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come in to help. No one answered the phone so it kept rolling over to main number which was if little hell.
