I ordered a ubox that was supposed to be delivered the next day like my confirmation email said and 2days later I had to buy a Hitch and electrical adapter to pick it up myself.

I was given the wrong address and wrong hours of operation by the uhaul workers at my pick up location. Because of this I had to by a hotel room for a night, cancel a flight and miss a day of work.

whole month rent is to be paid in full if storage is used even for a day or two before vacating, they should charge only for a week or half month in such situations
