Hours 7:00 am open for Monday. Staff did not arrive and open until 7:28 AM Called customer service twice.Garage doors did not open. Difficult to unload through small door.

I was a little disappointed that my move out day fell on Sunday when you have shorter hours. I finished my clean out on Monday but still had to pay a full month of storage.

Manager was rude.Told facility had 24hr access scanner was broken so that was not true.He said it was broken for a while yet were selling the facility having 24hr access.Caught employee smoking inside

Rating:
One of the doors is broken making it difficult to move in if you are not located in the first row. That needs to be fixed. The hours should be extended on the weekdays to at least 8pm.
