We were charged fees that were not disclosed before and had to use their locks. U-Haul made reservations but it is not a U-Haul facility.

U-Haul made the arrangements for this unit.It is not U-Haul owned. We could not provide our own insurance. The facilities are adequate, but not well lit at night.
