Box almost a week late. Most of staff didnt know anything about ubox and wasnt helpful. My returned calls are nonexistent. Terrible service and horrible experience. I want my money back.

Some staff were incredibly helpful others were unbelievably rude.

The staff at the facility were wonderful. They were responsive and helpful.

The UT/Interstate 35 office was extraordinarily helpful. I wish I remembered his name, a black fellow, but like the staff in Lanham, an excellent employee.

Scheduled a pick up-was called and told that could not get boxes due to new concrete. Were very helpful, rescheduled and gave free trailer and truck to offset the inconvenience.

The staff was not organized in having my box ready to go.

Getting a ubox into storage was easy. Getting the ubox out was a disaster. I have never experienced a group of people who are more disorganized and difficult to deal with.

staff in the Austin location are nice, but not for one in Champaign

The Austin facility, managed by Jason Robertson, is great because of Jason. UHaul in general is not easy to deal with, so many levels of communication. But Jason is very professional and reliable.
