The 5x10 unit was not. The door was less 4` Forcing me to upgrade. The lock design only permitted me use your locks. Lastly - you chg me $7 refund if I take your survey. Crappy

attendant at the facility was very nice. would have been better if storage facility had free gate openers for 24 hour access. facility needs to update website for hours of operation.
