I reserved it via U-Haul. I told them I would move my staff into the place on May 30. But I found out that it was closed because of memorial day. Later, I canceled the reservation. I want my $6.95.

Reserved a climate controlled unit which wasn`t available upon arrival. Facility is dirty+run-down. Unit ceiling is chicken-wire which isn`t secure. Staff is helpful/friendly. Convenient location

office/access hours have recently been reduced. parking is *very* tight, especially in a box truck, and loading dock has seen better days. staff was very helpful. May not meet everyone`s needs.

I've seen drivers with the biggest trucks available back up to our dock. It all depends on the driver. You had a small truck and were having problems, but it wasn't due to the space.MARCELLO P. 6/16/2009

Very helpful and welcoming. Moving is a very stressful endeavour but the help and services we recieved at the storage facility made eased our stress.
