Overall things are going okay so far. UHaul should definately have a training program to teach employees how to utilize their UBox software - and the call center staff was not always helpful.

I did not like the hours, we should be able to access out unit whenever we wanted. And my biggest complaint was the price of the storage units. It was almost outrages as to how much it costed.
