Bellerose store is at best incompetent at worse a ripoff. I lived out of a suitcase for 4 weeks because they shipped 3 weeks late and charged me rent. Never again.

The only problem was the height of the unit. Instead of 8 feet. It was 6.5 feet. It was very differcult getting in my 7 foot sofa which in turn was damaged.

But who ever designed the ramp that leads up to storage area should be fired, it hard enough to make the backwards, semi-circular trek with a car let alone with a 14` truck. Hours are too restrictive.
