Rating:
Arrived to a locked office during business hours. Tracked down the attendant who then asked me to return because the owner was out. Ended up getting a unit but seemed odd there was no paperwork.

WAY BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!! -Came in Morning and to get my storage unit no one there. Came back at night man name Mychal gave us unit that was not clean at all to store our stuff. Have not heard back.

no one in the office the first 2 times i stopped by during office hours but i`ve rented with them before and knew to expect that- they`re cheaper than everyone else conveniently located for me.

This is a family run business. The family that owns this business also owns the AM PM/Arco Convienient store across the street. One can go to either business to access storage or for questions.
