The place is old but kept up pretty well. One employee moving a big truck almost ran into me - he was speeding. No refund of unused days when you move out? That`s stealing and just wrong.

RESERVATIONIST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT! Arizona phone rep was so helpful. But hours are too limited. especially only until 500pm on sunday is bad.

There is only one elevator in the facility. There should be a reservation system for the elevator, as we had no idea we would be waiting for the elevator for an hour.
