Waiting for the white key, the second Uhaul lock was a hassle. Not enough parking for customers.

Did not stop contract when requested. Required multiple attempts at contact to stop late fees and cancel contract. Access to unit was difficult and confusing.

The place is old but kept up pretty well. One employee moving a big truck almost ran into me - he was speeding. No refund of unused days when you move out? That`s stealing and just wrong.

RESERVATIONIST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT! Arizona phone rep was so helpful. But hours are too limited. especially only until 500pm on sunday is bad.
