Sadly, I am still charged the same $50 /mo fee for a storage unit that is currently non-secure. The gate doesn`t actually close, or lock but other than that, the manager was polite and informative.

Was supposed to open at 8:30 AM I called to confirm this day before I arrived. Arrived at 8:40 AM it was closed. Did not arrive until 9:20. Check in process took 40 min once she arrived!

Facility manager was helpful. Storage facility was clean. Overhead door of storage facility was off it`s track somewhat, but usable.

CHECK IN WAS VERY EASY. ASSOCIATE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH. FACILITY SEEMS TO BE WEATHERED BUT LOCKER WAS CLEAN AND SECURE. I ANTICIPATE NO PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. THANKS!.
