The staff was very friendly helped me decide what size unit I needed. Didn`t try to up-sale me to the bigger unit just to be safe, but accurately diagnosed what was needed.

The managers are very rude and not willing to help you with anything. Paid for 24hr access and rarely got it. Temp control is a joke and the gates are broken half the time.I would not rent again

The location given to stage my storage pods was several hundred feet away from the door. The video camera cable in the back of the facility was cut. A gutter almost fell on us during offload.
