only problem is that the lock hardware on the box are very weak, anyone can remove them with a screwdriver .. very unsecure

Michell, who delivered my box, was wonderful. However, Lucy, the GM, and Kevin, who picked up my box, were rude beyond belief. I will tell my friends and family to avoid U-Haul like the plague.
