Our storage containers were lost TWICE, there were rodent droppings and water damage inside the units. Calls were not returned. This is the worst company and service. Never again.

They lost my Ubox with everything I own. Travis was cutting locks off of other boxes to look for my stuff. No one at uhaul would return our phone calls. I wouldn`t recommend using them or any uhaul.

the U-box was not delivered when I had scheduled it to be delivered due to miscommunication among U-Haul staff. The situation was initially handled very poorly.

I wasn`t told when I reserved the U Boxes that they would be moved from the location I rented them from. Several of my items were damaged.

Was told box would ship Aug 27, but it didnt ship until 31st. UHaul lost customs ppwork Canada box was delayed again. Alex, assist mgr, was very helpful. Travis, manager, was impossible to reach.
