My move-in date was not honored and service was not available. Why was I able to choose that date as my move-in date, then?

The only problem i had was not knowing there was no office on site. Otherwise I was able to get set up over the phone and get access to my storage immediately.

Office was very helpful, even giving us directions to the place. I felt much more secure with the gated access. Price was excellent for the service. Will definitely stay there.
