There was only 1 person working so even though I had a reservation to move in, it took over an hour to get my unit. Also my unit was COVERED with spiders. It was pretty gross.

UHauls website sucks. Units don`t corespond to website,crap shoot. Huge waste of my time, not what I needed during a big move. Too stressful!

The site manager did not know I was coming even after I called to confirm. The room was in aweful condition and then it ended up not being the rate at which I was quoted online. Terrible service.
