The trailer I used was rusty and the jack ended up snapping off. I was told by the Somerville location that I`d be getting a call to arrange delivery info on the other end but that didn`t happen.

Esteban was excellent, but I had to back the truck with trailer Ito the parking lot at a weird angle and thought that for the amount I paid the staff should have done that.

Even though he was the only one there the guy on-site was helpful while I was there. After I left NO ONE answered the phone so I could get status. Had to escalate to the main office.

this process has been awful, i still don`t have my ubox and i`ve been told it will be at least another week from the scheduled date. james noble in brighton is responsible for the whole ordeal.

I say yes with some hesitation because the setting up of the ubox was difficult and it was hard to get to talk to someone in person.
