I love it! The Manager who signed me up was very nice a real person. It would be EXCELLENT if we had 24 hour access to the Storage Facility. U-HAUL gets 100% props!

The 2 U-Boxes were very small and didn`t fit everything. We had a small, 500 sq ft, 1 bdr apt in NYC and had to leave a lot behind. Very upset about that.

I was running behind. Although, the rep.told me I could leave my truck in the unload area and come back to unload the next day, she still cut me off a full 30 minutes before 7pm!
