I used the storage for 1 1/2 yr.i left angry cause i moved out dec 2. They charged me a full month rent for dec instead of the 2 days. That is so not right! i will never use them or refer anyone!

My trailer was not connected correctly causing it to disengage from my vehicle,.when the road side service arrived they told me that the pin had come out and the chains were not on correctly.
