Wish that the stairs used to access upper units are newere - they are a bit scary and wobly. Also accessing an upper unit is very difficult with those stairs.

The only complaint I have is that I moved out mid-month on the 28t my contract ran from the 12th to the 12th and and I wasn`t given a refund for the amount that I paid, but didn`t use.

Awful service I went to Stop and Stor, they are friendly, very clean facility, and good prices. Uhaul facility is DISGUSTING,that why I only stayed for about 2 months....

customer service wasn`t great, more worried about payment than whether customer liked service. often make you wait long before helping, trucks were banged up and old.
