The person who has at the facility was very courteous and explained everything to us. He then showed us our storage unit and made sure we were able to work everything.

i think 2 and 1/2 hours waiting to get a reservation is a little much, but its over now, i have my unit now. also i think to do this to get your $6.95 back is totally ridiculous also
