I was told if I enrolled in autopay the $15 late fee would be waived - it wasn`t. Found an unauthorized charge of $10.55 for a lock I didn`t purchase to replace the lock I bought FROM THEM.

Inconvenient hours. Inconvenient dual-lock scheme on storage units. Night-time security guard. Obviously there are concerns for the security of the storage units.
